Do you handle print production or just mailing?
We manage both, and then some. Our services include professional design, print production for letters, leaflets, booklets, postcards, consultation packs, and other formats, as well as fully managed mailing and fulfilment. Clients who already have print can use our mailing data services to ensure accurate delivery. Targeting and Mailing
Questions
What is targeted mail?
Targeted mail delivers communications only to households or businesses relevant to your campaign, improving engagement and reducing waste. More about targeting with iPrintPost here.
How do you determine target areas?
We use postcode mapping, radius targeting, and custom boundaries to define your campaign areas. You can select streets, postcode sectors, or neighbourhoods, and our dedicated tool handles the rest.
Where does your address data come from?
To ensure real, up to date and accurate information, we draw from a lot of open source platforms. The data is updated every month, meaning you never miss an opportunity.
Can I adjust my target areas after submission?
Yes. Our system allows updates to boundaries, streets, or regions even after submission, helping you adapt to project changes efficiently. We’ll update your personalised quote in as little as one hour, so that you’re never caught off guard.

Do you deliver both residential and business mail?
Yes. We provide accurate delivery for both households and businesses to ensure your communications reach the correct recipients, even houses of multiple occupancy.
Printing and Fulfilment

What print formats can you produce?
We handle all of your standard fare, like letters, leaflets, multi-page booklets, postcards, consultation packs, notices, and other professional printed materials. We’re also capable of so much more. If you can imagine it, we can produce it. Explore our full print offerings here.
Do you offer same-day or next-day processing?
Yes. Once your campaign is approved, we can prepare and send via postal services as soon as the same day or next day, depending on when it was submitted. Postal delivery to recipients follows normal postal schedules, however special arrangements can be put in place, depending on your project requirements.

I need my mailer campaign out tomorrow! Is this possible?
Yes, 100%. There are more rigid timeframes, and less options, but 99% of the time, next day turnaround is more than possible.
How does fulfilment work?
We manage print, addressing, envelope insertion, and dispatch in a single workflow. Human oversight ensures accuracy and timely delivery. Learn more about mailing and fulfilment here.
Do you need custom printed envelopes to add a sense of authority? Do you want 100% unique envelopes, be that in colour, material or size? Not a problem – reach out to matthew@iprintmanage.com to talk through options.
Can I integrate my own print materials?
Yes. Clients with in-house or third-party printing can use our mailing services to deliver materials accurately without relying on our print production (though it is always recommended!). Minimum quantites of 10,000 items+ apply.
We can also coordinate your items, with materials you print with us, meaning you can send all of your marketing materials together.

How do you ensure accuracy in large campaigns?
Every campaign undergoes rigorous checks.
Our tools, combined with human oversight, ensure addresses are validated, mail is prepared correctly, and deliveries are reliable.

What is mailing data and why is it important?
Mailing data is a validated list of addresses used to target specific households or businesses. Accurate data ensures your printed campaigns reach the right recipients, improving engagement and reducing waste.
Can mailing data be customised?

How is mailing data delivered to clients?
Data is provided in a format ready to integrate with your existing workflow, giving you flexibility to manage production with your chosen printer. Most often our clients request excel datasheets, which are extremely flexible, however .numbers, .csv and other similar formats are available upon request.
Does accurate mailing data improve ROI?
Absolutely. Accurate targeting reduces undelivered items, maximises reach to relevant audiences, and increases engagement, making campaigns more cost-effective. You won’t be delivereing to non-existent residences or businesses.
How do I find out how many addresses are in an area?

As soon as you have your account, you are free to use the tool to mock up areas. You’ll then see the total amount of businesses and residences within your selected are. This should give you a great jumping off point for your base campaign. When you’re ready, upload your artwork, and submit your brief for a quote.
