Our Year In Review

2025 has been a very strong year for iPrint Manage, marked by growth, increased demand, and meaningful expansion across the business. Rather than standing still, we responded to our clients needs by strengthening our team, broadening our capabilities, and investing in services that support high quality print and visual communications.
Our focus remains clear: to be a trusted partner with the capability to ‘print everything’, while delivering a service our clients can depend on.

Growth Driven by Demand

Demand for our services and expertise increased throughout the year, particularly from clients working across planning, engagement, communications, property, and construction. These sectors continue to require accurate and time-sensitive printed materials, and we were pleased to support a growing number of complex and high profile projects.
This increase in demand was a key driver behind our expansion in mid 2025, allowing us to strengthen both our operational and creative capabilities while maintaining the reliability our clients expect.

Strength by Design

2025 saw the formal establishment of our Design Services department as a core part of the iPrint Manage offering. Created in direct response to client demand, the department provides essential support across layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and the production of print-ready artwork.
By bringing design and print closer together, we have been able to offer a more streamlined, efficient, and dependable service – reducing friction, improving turnaround times, and delivering stronger visual outcomes.

Strengthening the Team

Two key appointments in 2025 have had an immediate and positive impact on the business: Matthew Jeans and Kaye Hesketh.
The introduction of Matthew Jeans, Project Operations Manager, has significantly improved project flow, coordination, and delivery. This role has helped ensure projects are managed more efficiently, timelines are clearer, and communication – both internally and with clients – is more consistent and proactive.
Alongside this, the appointment of Kaye Hesketh as Creative Design Manager has elevated our design offering and strengthened the integration between design and print. This has enabled us to respond more effectively to client briefs, improve creative quality, and ensure design work is always aligned with print production from the outset.
Together, these roles have enhanced both our service offering and the overall client experience.

iPrint Post - Map. Print. Post.

Throughout 2025, we continued to develop iPrint Post – our platform designed to capture address data, allow clients to upload artwork, and manage print and distribution within one seamless workflow.
As clients increasingly seek efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in their communications, iPrint Post has become an important tool for supporting engagement campaigns and larger-scale projects, including newsletters and notifications sent to residents and businesses alike.

Looking Ahead to 2026

Looking forward, we plan to build on the momentum of 2025 by continuing to expand our capabilities, strengthening our team, and investing in tools and services that help our clients communicate more effectively through print and visual media.
Key initiatives already underway include:

Eco Displays

A developing range of rigid display and visual communication products made entirely from sustainable materials. A dedicated catalogue will be available soon.

Customer W2P Portals

Continued development of our web-to-print customer portal, making it easier for clients to manage assets, place orders, and maintain brand consistency.

Roadshows & Client Visits

We have developed a range of branded event graphics and marketing collateral and would welcome the opportunity to visit clients in person – to discuss our products, services, materials, and ambitions for the future, in the comfort of their own offices.

Tree Planting Initiative

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we work with Make It Wild to plant a tree for every planning submission we support.

A Message from the Owners, Duncan & Steve

“Between us, we’ve spent a long time working in the print industry, and throughout that time we’ve often heard the same message: ‘print is dying’.

What 2025 has reinforced for us is that print isn’t disappearing, it’s evolving. Our determination has always been to keep iPrintManage one step ahead by doing things differently, embracing change, and investing in areas others overlooked.

By expanding our capabilities, integrating design and digital tools, and focusing on how print fits into wider communication strategies, we’ve ensured that print remains relevant, effective, and very much alive.

We’re incredibly proud of what the team has achieved this year and grateful to our clients for continuing to trust us. As always, our goal is simple: to deliver high-quality print and visual communication solutions, supported by knowledgeable people, innovation, and a service that truly works.”

Here’s to a successful 2026, for all our families, friends, clients, colleagues and competitors.
